TVS Orbiter Company has officially launched its much-awaited TVS Orbiter electric scooter in India, priced at an attractive ₹99,900 (ex-showroom). With a claimed range of 158 km on a single charge, the Orbiter aims to capture the growing market of eco-friendly and affordable urban mobility.
The scooter comes equipped with a powerful battery pack, modern styling, and features designed to appeal to both daily commuters and young buyers. It offers fast charging capability, allowing the battery to be charged from 0–80% in just under an hour, making it practical for city use.
In terms of design, the TVS Orbiter sports a sleek and aerodynamic look, complemented by LED lighting, a fully digital instrument cluster, smartphone connectivity, and multiple riding modes. Safety features include disc brakes with CBS (Combined Braking System) and regenerative braking technology.
With a competitive price tag and long range, the Orbiter is set to rival popular electric scooters in the Indian market, including the Ola S1 series, Ather 450, and Bajaj Chetak.
Deliveries for the TVS Orbiter are expected to begin soon, with bookings already open across TVS dealerships and online platforms.
