aircraft crash Pro-Pakistani social media accounts recently circulated a startling claim: that three Indian Air Force aircraft crashed within two hours, allegedly due to unknown electronic interference. But according to the PIB Fact Check unit, the claim is fake.
The Indian Air Force (IAF) clarified that only one aircraft — a PC-7 Mk II trainer — was involved in an accident on November 14, near Tambaram in Chennai.
The pilot ejected safely, and no civilian damage was reported.
The IAF has constituted a Court of Inquiry to investigate the crash.
PIB has urged citizens to verify information from official sources before believing or sharing such sensational claims.
