The club’s new login system introduces improved authentication, aligning with industry best practices for data protection. Supporters will now be prompted to update their passwords and may be required to verify their identity using multi-factor authentication (MFA) during the transition.

The upgraded sign-in system is now live on Celtic’s official website. Fans are encouraged to log in early and update their credentials before high-demand matches, including key Scottish Premiership fixtures and UEFA Europa League ties.
Customer service has been enhanced with dedicated support lines to assist fans who face any login issues. The club emphasized that while this change may require initial action from fans, it is a critical step toward ensuring a modern and protected ticketing platform for all Celtic supporters.
