Renovation work on Delhi Metro’s Line-5 stations has moved a step forward as three major construction firms have submitted bids for the project. The upgrade focuses on giving older Green Line stations a fresh look while improving operational efficiency.
The planned revamp includes modern façade designs, improved signage, better ventilation, and enhancements in passenger circulation areas. DMRC aims to complete the tender evaluation soon and begin renovation work early next year.
With Line-5 being one of the busiest corridors for residents in West and North-West Delhi, the renovation project is expected to significantly improve commuter convenience.
