Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik was admitted to a hospital after showing signs of dehydration, doctors confirmed on Saturday. The 78-year-old, who has served as the state’s chief minister for a record five terms, is reported to be in stable condition and is responding positively to treatment.
Odisha Health Minister Mukesh Mahaling visited Patnaik at the hospital to check on his health and assured the public that there is no cause for concern.
