The pink kit symbolizes solidarity with women battling the disease and promotes awareness about regular screenings. This is not the first time Pakistan has taken part in the campaign — the team has previously worn pink in domestic and international fixtures during Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October).
PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi praised the initiative, stating that sports can be a powerful platform to spread awareness. “Cricket unites millions, and we want to use that connection to promote health and life-saving awareness,” he said.
