After Congress’s poor performance in Bihar, Siddaramaiah met Gandhi in the national capital, where he offered support and emphasized that their discussion was limited to the electoral defeat, not a cabinet shake-up.
He reaffirmed the party’s unity and confidence, saying that Gandhi “is not worried” about the rout, but the setback has prompted a deeper internal review.
