As heavy monsoon rains continue to lash Delhi, the city has been experiencing a surge in unexpected and often alarming visitors—snakes. From leafy neighborhoods to high-rise apartments, snake sightings have spiked dramatically this season, leaving residents both concerned and curious.

Wildlife experts and rescue teams confirm a sharp rise in snake rescues, with over 90 cases reported in Delhi-NCR during June and July alone.
