TNPSC Defying all odds, Kathir Selvi, the daughter of farmers, has scripted history by topping the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Group I exam and securing the coveted post of Deputy Collector.

Growing up in a modest household, Selvi’s early life was centered around agriculture and daily struggles. With limited financial means, higher education seemed like a distant dream. But her determination, coupled with the encouragement of her family, pushed her to chase her ambition of entering the civil services.
